      OVERVIEW 

      The Development Director will play a key role within Carolina Youth Coalition’s leadership team to expand its donor base through the identification, cultivation, and solicitation of both current and future contributors. They will work closely with the Executive Director and Board of Directors and will lead the codification of development operations, stewardship of donors, CRM maintenance, and creation of fundraising proposals.

      Annual salary range of $68,000 - $72,000

        • Academic Success Instructor

          Summary: 

          Carolina Youth Coalition (CYC) is seeking a mission-driven Part-Time Academic Success Instructor to support high-achieving, under-resourced high school students through academic instruction, ACT

          preparation, and individualized mentoring.


          This in-person role is ideal for an educator, advisor, or emerging professional who enjoys working closely with students and is open to being trained in ACT preparation across subject areas. The Instructor will

          support underclassmen programming, lead academic workshops based on their strengths (e.g.,Academic Success, STEM, or writing), and serve as a key member of CYC’s Academic Success team by

          providing 1:1 student support and case management.


          Schedule: 

          ● Mondays: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM

          ● Tuesdays: 3:30 PM – 7:00 PM

          ● Thursdays: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM

          ● Some flexibility may be required depending on program needs.


          This position runs from January 2026 through June 2026, with consistent weekly hours during the school year and additional responsibilities on select Saturdays.


          Compensation:  

          $25/hour
